At The Backyard, our outdoor space is the perfect setting for small, intimate events. Whether you're planning a children's party, a relaxed adult gathering, a joyful baby shower, or any other special occasion, our serene and spacious patio offers the flexibility to create the perfect atmosphere.

Please note the following:

We are surrounded by neighbors, please be respectful.

Music must not be played at an excessively loud level.

No smoking is allowed on the premises.

You are free to move furniture around or bring your own furniture. However, all furniture must be placed back in the original positions at the end of your event.
A Damage Fee would not be applicable after the event provided that:

Your event is finished at the agreed time and the number of people attending is not over the agreed.

No confetti/glitter.
-
No glass by or in the pool. All glass bottles should be kept inside and served in plastic cups.

Ensure all facilities (pool area, parking lot, BBQ grill, kitchen appliances) are cleaned.

No Damage is caused on property.
Events

ALL events must end by 10 pm.

Parking for up to 5 cars on property.

Please ensure your guests do not block neighbors' driveways at any point during your event.

Please ensure your guests leave the neighborhood quietly without trespassing on neighbors' property.

We are unable to accommodate DJs and loud sound systems out of respect for neighbors and other guests.

There is no lifeguard on duty, you are welcome to bring your own lifeguard or we can provide one at an additional cost.

Parents MUST supervise their kids whilst they are on the property.

Event decorating and catering can be provided at an additional cost.
